Sendserver Anti-Spam-Policy

Your use of Agency Sendserver services is subject to this policy. If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by Sendserver in its sole discretion, we can warn, suspend or block you in the use of our services.

Legal Requirements

Agency Sendserver only allow lawful email marketing practices by fallowing legal requirements:
1. CAN SPAM Act of 2003
2. Laws in force of the users country, like CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Law)
3. Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 8 June 2000, on legal aspects of information society services, in particular, electronic commerce in the Internal Market ('Directive on Electronic Commerce')
4. Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 12 July 2002, concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (‘Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications’)

We prohibit the use of purchased, rented, third-party or harvested mailing lists. Any customer found using Sendserver services to send such mail – SPAM, will be blocked from the use of our service.


What Is SPAM

Spam is any information, solicitation, promotion that is sent to email who has not given you explicit permission to receive email from you. Spam, also known as junk mail, is an unsolicited commercial email message, especially bulk email messages.


ISP, Reputation, Blacklist, Anti-Spam services relations

Sendserver send out emails only from 2 mail servers – gaitmail.com & mailtus.com. If you would like to connect with us in any questions what is related with our sending infrastructure, please contact us by email help (at) sendserver.net


Complaint Procedure

Sendserver takes several steps to keep abuse to a minimum. All customers must be verified, before they send out emails through Sendserver services. If you suspect a sender of abusing our service, please do not hesitate to contact us in our abuse form.
